Core Softwares LTD (Company No. 14533487) is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Office 5497, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. We operate as an independent trusted reseller of McAfee software licences.

2. Products & Licences

• All products sold are genuine digital McAfee software licences delivered electronically.
• Licences are subject to McAfee's End User Licence Agreement (EULA) upon activation.
• Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.
• Display prices on our website are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Final price is confirmed at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By completing checkout, you enter into a purchase agreement with us subject to payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery includes your McAfee licence key and activation instructions. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Digital licence keys cannot be returned once delivered or activated. Refunds may be considered only where a licence key has not yet been issued.

6. Intellectual Property

McAfee trademarks and software are owned by Musarubra US LLC and its affiliates. Core Softwares LTD claims no ownership of McAfee intellectual property. Website content, branding, and original text are owned by Core Softwares LTD or used under licence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
