Refund Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Final After Delivery

Once your McAfee licence key has been emailed to you, the sale is considered complete and final. Digital licence keys cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical goods because the key may have been viewed, copied, or activated.

When Refunds Are Available

• A refund may be requested ONLY if your licence key has NOT yet been delivered to your email.
• If we are unable to supply a valid licence key for your purchased product, a full refund will be issued.
• Duplicate charges or payment errors will be refunded in full upon verification.
• Refunds are NOT available after a licence key has been sent, viewed, or activated on any device.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at sales@coresoftwares.co.uk or +44 131 392 7809 with your order details (email used at checkout, date of purchase, and product name). We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended and future orders refused. We encourage you to reach out to our support team — most issues can be resolved quickly.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund only before your licence key has been generated and emailed. Once fulfilment has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Consumer Rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. However, by purchasing a digital product and agreeing to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you lose your right of cancellation once the licence key is delivered, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Payment Provider

Refunds for orders processed through Dodo Payments are issued via the original payment method. For order-related inquiries, you may also contact Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record.
